Reference / Pricing and limits
Pay for throughput,
not people.
Every plan supports unlimited users, unlimited records, and unlimited automations. Upgrade when your workspace needs more operational capacity—not when you add more teammates.
The pricing principle
Software should grow with the work, not the headcount.
Thunder SaaS removes seat-based pricing from the core plans. Your team, customers, partners, and collaborators can work in the same workspace without an extra charge for every person.
Plans at a glance
Choose the throughput that fits your operation.
All prices below are monthly INR prices. Throughput refers to the rate at which record-creation operations can be processed.
Free
₹0 / month
1× throughput · Up to 10 record creations per minute.
Unlimited users, records, and automations. No card required.
Starter
₹300 / month
2× throughput · Up to 20 record creations per minute.
For regular business operations that need more capacity.
Pro
₹2,000 / month
5× throughput · Up to 50 record creations per minute.
For busy teams running more of their business in one workspace.
Enterprise
₹5,000 / month
10× throughput · Up to 100 record creations per minute.
For high-volume operations and larger workloads.
What throughput means
Throughput is capacity, not storage.
Throughput controls how quickly record-creation operations can be processed. It is not a limit on the number of users you can invite, records you can store, automations you can configure, or tables you can create.
Usage behavior
Current plans enforce per-minute throughput.
When a record-creation request exceeds the current plan’s per-minute rate, Thunder SaaS rejects the request with usage details instead of silently dropping it.
Daily and monthly limits: the current runtime plan configuration does not enforce daily or monthly record-creation caps. The active constraint is the per-minute throughput rate.
Usage visibility
See the capacity your workspace is using.
Workspace subscription surfaces expose the active plan, limits, billing state, and record-creation usage so your team can understand when capacity—not headcount—is the reason to upgrade.
Plan and billing
Review the current plan, plan type, subscription status, billing provider, start date, expiry date, and cancellation-at-period-end state.
Usage and limits
Review daily usage, monthly usage, throughput multiplier, and the plan’s record-creation rate.
Changing plans
Upgrade when capacity matters.
Upgrade
Select a paid plan, save billing details, complete payment, and wait for payment verification before the new plan becomes active.
Return to Free
Downgrade from the subscription flow when you no longer need paid throughput. The change takes effect immediately and paid-plan benefits stop.
Cancellation timing: if cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current period, the workspace continues to show that state until the period ends.
Usage-based extensions
Extend the workspace when capacity needs change.
The product pricing experience positions Storage and AI Top-up as usage-based extensions. Availability and pricing should be confirmed in the active billing surface before purchase; they are not part of the current core plan comparison above.
Storage
Additional file capacity measured by storage usage.
AI Top-up
Additional AI capacity measured by credits when plan allowance is used.
Troubleshooting
When a limit gets in the way.
Throughput exceeded
Wait for the current minute window to reset, reduce request volume, or move to a plan with higher throughput.
Plan looks incorrect
Refresh the subscription surface and confirm payment verification or downgrade status before retrying an operation.
Upgrade did not complete
Check billing details, payment status, and verification. A payment attempt does not activate a plan until verification succeeds.
Expected a daily cap
Daily and monthly record-creation caps are currently unlimited. The active runtime restriction is the per-minute throughput rate.
