1. Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to ThunderSaaS, including our websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Silent Hill Labs, a sole proprietorship operating from Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India. “You” refers to the person or organization using the Service.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, organization details, account credentials, support requests, billing details, and the content you or your organization submit to the Service.
We may also collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, log data, authentication events, feature usage, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and personalize the Service.
- Authenticate users, manage organizations, and enforce permissions.
- Process subscriptions and payments.
- Provide support and respond to requests.
- Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and protect the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Customer content and AWS hosting
Customer content is the data, files, records, messages, and other material that you or your organization submit to or store in the Service. Customer content is hosted and processed using Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) and related service infrastructure.
We use access controls and operational safeguards intended to limit customer-content access to authorized personnel, systems, and service processes when access is needed for service operation, support, security, maintenance, or legal obligations. Security is a shared responsibility: our controls apply to the Service, while you remain responsible for your users, credentials, permissions, and the data you choose to submit.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, communicate about, or bill for the Service. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
6. Data export, retention, and deletion
We intend to keep customer data portable. You may export your data using available export functionality or by contacting us. Export availability may depend on your account status, the type of data, technical limitations, and applicable law.
After an account is terminated, we schedule customer data for deletion within 15 days, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and backup requirements. We may retain limited information where necessary for those requirements, after which it will be deleted or anonymized. You should export any data you need before termination.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials and configuring appropriate access permissions.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect the Service, remember preferences, and understand basic service performance. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will provide additional information where required.
9. Your choices and requests
You may update account information through the Service, export customer data, or contact us about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
